The Order Of Creation
As DSkullys come to life and holders strengthen their bond a not-so-secret society is forming, The Order of Creation. This society will be filled with members of our community who share common goals that benefit the project. This is a decentralized project that is led by the community. Giving our community the power needed to help propel this project forward is something very important to our team.
He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks. - Sun Tzu
The Order will be broken down into four sectors. Outreach, Technology, Security, and Currency. Each sector will have a Head of Department (HOD), a Second in Command (SIC), and a Community Representative (CR). Second in Command will have to keep things on track by generating OKRs and sharing them with the Head of Departments and weekly KPIs. Community Reps will be the voice of the people and echo that to their higher-ups. Holders can be in as many of the sectors as they want to support and stay engaged with the growth of DSkullys.
All sectors will need to work together to reach optimal performance. Head of Departments will be Devs, Admins, or Mods. Community members can be Second in Command and Community Representatives the only definite requirement is to be holding a DSkully and have the knowledge and time to fulfill the duties of the position they desire. In other words, you do not need to be a whale to be involved with The Order.
Outreach Sector
Growing our community will be the main goal of this sector. This can be done in many ways; traditionally people automatically think RAID! Even though having a raid team to let our presence be felt on socials is important we think it can be a lot bigger than just that. For instance, reaching out to other communities on behalf of our community for collaboration purposes or something more simple like setting up Spaces for our team to participate in or for members from the Outreach Sector to participate in themselves.
Currency Sector
This sector will be focusing on everything that has to do with our native token, floor price, volume etc. Having a community that puts effort into this sector should not be confused with our team not putting forth that effort. This is just an addition to the arsenal. Raising floor price, increasing volume, and bringing any utility to our native token would be beneficial to the project and will be taken into consideration. There may need to be some collaborative efforts between the Currency Sector and the Outreach Sector to achieve some of these goals.
Technology Sector
As we all know technology within the Solana Blockchain and Web3 just keeps getting more advanced. This sector will be in charge of finding new technology our community can utilize. There are new tools popping up every day that can benefit the project. For example, one project backed by Binance that actually reached out to us is Qwestive. They have a tool very similar to SalesForce but tailored to crypto projects. We have been participating in their Beta testing and will continue utilizing the tool as it progresses. Having connections with projects like this as well as coming up with our own cutting-edge solutions to problems in the NFT space is very important.
Security Sector
Security is always going to be an issue in the cryptocurrency space since there are so many new people joining the space every day. Educating the community is a good solution to the problem. We want our Security Sector to not only focus on keeping our holders safe but also on vetting projects that the Outreach and Currency Sector may want us to collaborate with as well as projects our Skully Alpha Runners are obtaining whitelist spots from.
None of the above needs to be set in stone, after all, we are like water, not rocks. If we need to pivot and change things to better fit The Order, HODs can bring amendment requests to the core team.
To accomplish what we have envisioned for this project everyone will need to participate including our holders. We did not choose the triangular logo for no reason. You can see there are 5 triangles that make up the logo, the big triangle represents the community and the 4 triangles that make up the big triangle represents the four sectors. As we move forward operating like a machine with one common goal remember the days when they faded us and use that as fuel.
